IV. Frequently asked questions
01.Does the dashcam drain the battery?+
No. In parking mode, the camera automatically shuts off if battery voltage drops below an adjustable threshold (11.8 V by default).
02.Can you install a camera I've already bought?+
Yes, as long as it supports permanent wiring (hardwire kit). Let us know the brand and model when booking.
03.Can the videos be viewed on a phone?+
Yes. Most models offer a WiFi or Bluetooth app. We install and set up the app with you at pickup.
04.What happens when the memory is full?+
Recording is on a loop: the oldest clips are automatically overwritten. Impact clips are protected.
05.What's the warranty?+
1 year on labor. The camera is covered by the manufacturer warranty (12 to 24 months depending on the brand).
